We are excited to announce that the Washington Department of Natural Resources' (DNR) Forest Regulation program is moving forward with steps to build, test, and release the long-awaited fpOnline.
The timeline for fpOnline has been extended. The application will now go live and rollout to users in March-April 2026. A letter from Executive Sponsor Katie Rose Allen provides more details behind this change. You can view the updated timeline below.
This project modernizes the creation, submission, and review processes for all Forest Practices Applications and Notifications (FPAs/N). fpOnline will enable the online submission of FPAs and associated forms; the acceptance of electronic signatures; the acceptance of electronic payments; and the creation of FPA/N related maps.
