DNR proposes to individually sell at public auction two vacant undeveloped properties located in Benton County.

The first property, known as “Richland 16 Lot 6A,” is zoned for Medium Density Residential uses (R-2) and is located adjacent to the yet-to-be-extended Kingsgate Road within the City of Richland. The Benton County Tax Parcel number for this Lot 6A is No. 116983000001014. This Lot 6A property is located to the northwest of the Costco in Richland. Lot 6A is being conveyed without water rights. The bidder should contact the city regarding water.
The second property, known as “Richland 16 Lot 7A,” is zoned for High Density Residential uses (R-3) and is located adjacent to Queensgate on its southern edge and the yet-to-be-extended Kingsgate Road on its western edge, within the City of Richland. The Benton County Tax Parcel number for this Lot 6A is No. 116983000001017. This Lot 7A property is located to the north of the Costco in Richland. Lot 7A is being conveyed without water rights. Bidder to contact the city regarding water.
An Open House will be held on October 8, 2026, with DNR staff in attendance; interested parties and potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and ask City of Richland staff questions about the potential future development of both Lot 6A and Lot 7A.
