Unsold Timber Sales Available at Minimum Value

The timber sales listed below were previously approved for auction by the Board of Natural Resources (Board Sales) or a DNR Region Manager (Region Sales) but did not receive any bids during the initial auction. These sales are typically available to be bid on at their minimum appraised value during the next scheduled auction in the specified region.

How to Bid

Per RCW 79.15.060: Board sale minimum appraised value is valid for 180 days. Sales on this list may be required to return to the Board of Natural Resources for reappraisal, which could result in delays. If you're interested in bidding on any of the sales listed below or need more information about a specific sale, please contact the DNR Region Office where the sale is located.
