Advisory Committee on Real Estate Strategy

The Advisory Committee on Real Estate Strategy (ACRES) advises the Department of Natural Resources on its management and expansion of the commercial real estate (CRE) and transition lands portfolio, in order to enhance the portfolio's overall financial contribution to educational beneficiaries in the State of Washington. This includes advising the department on strategic investment and divestiture criteria, practices and procedures related to managing a portfolio that is held in trust, governance structure, and performance goals.
