DNR proposes to auction via written sealed bid an undeveloped 13.1-acre property located in Spokane County, lying east of Medical Lake and approximately 14 miles southwest of the City of Spokane. The property known as “Silver Lake Road” is accessible from Silver Lake County Road and appears to have split zoning, with both rural transitional (RT) and low-density residential (LDR) zoning, which may permit up to one dwelling unit per 10 acres on this property (bidders to always check with county planners for the purchaser's intended development actions).
