DNR will auction via oral bid, a 40.95 +/- acre Okanogan Parcel W property located West of Okanogan in Okanogan, Washington.

DNR’s objective for this proposed auction include disposing of isolated property with no access. Sale proceeds will be used to purchase replacement property with higher income potential for the benefit of trust beneficiaries.

The auction date is scheduled for

 

September 26th, 2024, at the Okanogan County Commissioners Building, 123 5th Ave N Ste 150, Okanogan, WA 98840.

 

Potential bidders should sign in beginning at 12:30 p.m. and deposit any final bid forms and payments prior to 1:00 p.m. The opening of oral bids at the auction location will start at approximately 1:00 p.m.  See property and auction information listed above.
