Adaptive Management Contracts RFPs & RFQQs
The Adaptive Management Program frequently contracts for environmental research and monitoring projects. These solicitations are usually in the form of Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Qualifications/Quotations (RFQQ).
Washington state government agencies are required, under the policies of the Department of Enterprise Services, to publish personal service contract procurement notices on the Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) web site.
What is WEBS?
Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) is an Internet vendor registration and bid notification system. The system offers an online site where vendors can register to receive government bid notifications. All companies, especially woman and minority-owned businesses, are encouraged to compete for business with the state of Washington. Governmental buyers can go to the same site to post bidding opportunities and amendments. WEBS is the single source for all procurement notices for the state of Washington.
