Forests and Fish Report
The Forests and Fish Report is the result of a multi-stakeholder effort to improve forest practices and the protection of aquatic and riparian habitat on forestlands regulated under the state’s Forest Practices Act and rules.

The legislature finds that the forests and fish report as defined in RCW 76.09.020 was developed through extensive negotiations with the federal agencies responsible for administering the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act.
